Chris's Fav Lasagna

Chris LOVE him some Sausage Lasagna that his mom makes... it is a bit diffrent from the traditional lasagna im normally use to but It is pretty yummy but since i have these nappy Gallstones Sausage doesnt really agree with me but i have come to the conclusion of there are 2 types of food 1: things that are NOT worth getting sick over and ... 2: thing that ARE worth getting sick over :) Now it can change on a daily basis as my CRAZY preggo cravings take over or the amount of sickness recieved from eating said items lol... Im tellin ya gallstones SUCK!!!!! But many of you have asked about the Lasagna recipe i sometimes change it up a bit using diffrent meats (beef, or ground turkey or a mix of sausage with another meat) and most always use Ricotta cheese instead of the sour cream...  :)

Sauce
1lb hot sausage (a roll i think)

4: Add sausage to sauce and simmer for 1 hour
5: About 40-45 min in to simmering boil water for noodles and cook noodles aldente set oven to 350
6: butter the lasagna pan
7: add a layer of 6 noodles, scoop 1/2 sauce over noodles (or how much u want)
8: Spoon sourcream or ricotta into sauce sand mix until white tint is acheved or to your liking

First Post

Well I thought I would try out the Blog scene and see how it goes :)
Chris and i got married in 2006 after dating since 2000 in 2005 we moved to Murfreesboro TN after graduating from Tennessee Tech Univ...  Right now we are a Family of 3 Angela, Chris, and our lil man Austin (3) and in March we will be a Family of 4 welcoming Nameless baby Sister!!! She is still nameless because we are the MOST indecisive people in the whole world and  we cant decide Chris has pretty much vetoed every name i have mentioned and the choices are narrowed down to Samantha Reese, Audrey Kate, or a mix between Samantha and Audrey... We have a dog named Jax and a cat named Daisy and 2 fish both named Rudy... I am very lucky to be able to stay at home with my lil man and watch him grow and change but you will find our house is most of the time a TERRIBLE mess with LOTS of dog hair :) (cleaning up after a 3 yr old is just impossible well with our lil monster it is!) He is a lil tornado! I thought i would start a blog to share our life n thoughts and maybe some recipes to the people interested and family afar... For anyone who knows me they know I'm a lil quirky and loud so u never know what craziness i will do or say next!!! Chris on the other hand is quite and laid back and is the most nonconfrontational person i have ever met. So we balance each other out he stops me from getting in trouble LOL. And Austin is a character he may look like Chris but man oh man does he have my firery personality and he says the funniest and surprising things on a daily basis he makes me laugh and my heart smile. So if your interested follow our blog and our crazy life :)
